Software Installation Request

Instructions: This form was designed to capture faculty requests for specialized software to be installed on Academic Support Lab (ASL) computers for the purposes of referring students to the lab for computer tutorials. Upon submission of this form, media to be installed and proof of ownership/licensing should be sent to the ASL in CWE 150. Software will not be installed without appropriate licensing, and the acquisition of such licensing is the responsibility of the requesting party. Please note that this lab supports Microsoft Windows XP only. New software is installed (imaged) on the ASL computers in the months of May and December. A reminder will be sent as the deadline approaches. The ASL plans to purchase new software in the future. Suggestions are welcomed.
