Passwords for Online Databases
To search the Library's online databases from home (or from any computer not located on the PCC campus) you will need a user name and password.
Who can get passwords?
- a student at Pitt Community College
- a faculty or staff member at Pitt Community College
- a person with a valid library card from Pitt Community College Library
(Who can get a library card?)
To get passwords you can choose one of the following:
Log in to myPittCC.
Only PCC students, faculty, and staff can log in to myPittCC.
- Once logged in, click on Services for Students.
- In the box labeled "Library Resources," click on Passwords for Library Resources.
If you cannot log into myPittCC to get the passwords, you may also:
Stop by the Library and pick up a password sheet from the Circulation Desk located on the 1st floor of the Library (Clifton W. Everett Building).
