Desktop Support Technician
The certificate programs in the Information Systems Department offer individuals the opportunity to upgrade job skills without completing an AAS degree. An official certificate is awarded to those who complete the requirements by Pitt Community College. The certificates are recognized by the North Carolina Community College System and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools accreditation agency.
Most certificates require the completion of 5-7 courses. All prerequisites MUST be completed for courses that require a prerequisite. All 5-7 courses in any certificate program are NOT offered every semester.
