Mission Statement
In consonance with the mission of the College, the Radiation Therapy Program is dedicated to providing a learning environment conducive to the development of professional radiation therapy skills. Skills will be from a twelve-month curriculum that concentrates on clinical and didactic learning. The department also provides an environment for social and humanitarian attributes indigenous to the competent health-care profession.
Goals
1. Graduates will demonstrate knowledge and skill to competently perform radiation therapy procedures.
2. Graduates will effectively communicate and use critical thinking in problem solving.
3. Graduates will demonstrate professional development and growth.
4. The program will monitor effectiveness through meeting the needs of the students and the community it serves.
