Basic Skills Orientation Schedule
Are you interested in obtaining your GED or Adult High School Diploma? If so, please attend one of the following orientations:
1st and 3rd weeks of the month (Last Daytime Orientation begins Oct 27):
Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday, 8:30 - 12:30, Leslie 143 or L111
2nd and 4th weeks of the month (Last Nighttime Orientation begins Nov 3):
Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday, 5:30-9:30, Leslie 143 or L111
Please note that minors must meet with Basic Skills Counselor Stephanie Lanier before attending orientation. Call 493-7552 for an appointment.
Space is limited. Seats are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.During the orientation, you will receive information on both programs (GED/AHS) and be assessed for correct placement. Please bring your social security card and NC identification when you come. If interested in Adult High School, please bring your official transcript as well. (Transcripts are not required for GED applicants.)
