A new course is defined as any of the following:
A completely new Moodle course.
A copy of a current PCC Moodle course.
A publisher cartridge download.
Notice:
Blackboard Admin population of courses will be complete everyday until the census date of each semester. After that, faculty are responsible for enrolling their students into their courses from the Moodle pool of users.
