Online
Orientation
New
internet students must complete either the online student orientation
or attend an onsite session.
To
begin the Online Orientation (Click
Here).
The
orientation will help you to determine if you have the technical
skills needed to succeed in an online course. Internet courses
will be more difficult than comparable traditional courses taught
on campus if you do not have the skills needed to succeed.
To be successful in your online class, you must be able to:
- Access
the Internet daily
- Use
a User ID and a Password
- Send
and receive e-mail
- Use
a web browser
- Use
a word processor such as Microsoft Word
