use of financial resources and technology.

teaching and learning -
Achieve an information technology foundation for the College that can
accommodate current and emerging instructional and administrative needs -
Pursue state, local, and private funding to achieve the facilities master plan,
support student access, and advance faculty and staff development -
Systematically evaluate programs, services, and processes for high quality,
continuous improvement, and fiscal integrity
