Attendees played a game of Word Scrabble

Pizza and Sodas served for meal.

Card passed around for Tasha Floyd (sp?)

Signup sheet passed around for Hope Lodge clean up

Unsold attraction guidebooks must be turned in.

Massage Drawing will be held at last meeting of the semester.

Christmas Party

Secret Santa with $5 cap on cost
- only those who bring a gift will participate in exchange
- gift needs to be generic

Homeless shelter
- working on gift bags
- dentists donating toothbrushes and toothpaste

Adopting a family

Addressed issues with points system

fundraiser participation stressed
point system will be revised for next semester
VP will sit with points secretary to help verify points

Community Info

Amber’s (point secretary) boyfriend’s mother (on organ transplant list) is selling tickets ($2 each) for a drawing for a speaker system valued at $600 – anyone interested can get more information from Amber or the President

Hope Lodge entertainment

Members were encouraged to pick up certificates and tickets (for massage) on way out.
