The mission of the Pitt Community College Association of Educational Office Professionals is to promote and provide professional growth and leadership opportunities and quality service for students and employees in the educational system and to our community.
What is PCCAEOP?
PCCAEOP is the Pitt Community College Association of Educational Office Professionals, a chapter of the North Carolina Association of Educational Office Professionals, Inc. NCAEOP is made up of 14 districts. Pitt Community College is in District 14. Membership is open to educational office personnel and administrators within the educational system (public and private) in North Carolina.
AEOP is dedicated to the cultivation and advancement of EOP professionalism, to the faithful rendering of quality services by its members to the educational system, and to the development of effective participation in public policy issues which relate to education. The association continues to work toward increased recognition for educational office professionals. We invite you to share in the pride of our accomplishments of the past, the developments of the present, and the planning for the future of educational office professionals.
The PCC chapter was started in October 1998 with members from various curriculum areas and administrative offices of the college. The chapter sponsors fundraisers to raise monies to be used for scholarships. They also sponsor "special needs" drives to collect necessities for organizations such as "New Directions."
