Institutional Strategic Planning
Institutional Strategic Planning concentrates on improving and enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the institution. This includes addressing identified weaknesses and responding to real and anticipated changes in our local and global community.
Workunit Planning and Assessment
Workunit planning involves operational and strategic planning at the workunit level. Every educational program is considered a workunit as well as each administrative support service area, academic and student support service area, and community/public service area.
Budget Planning
The ability of PCC to fulfill its mission is directly dependent upon adequate institutional funding. PCC's budget planning process is integrated into institutional and workunit planning and is designed to ensure that planning is support of the PCC mission preceds budget decision.
Institutional Assessment
The PCC Mission Statement and Goals establish overall direction for the College. Institutional assessment is using data to measure the extent to which the college accomplishes is mission and goals.
