Ordering Cap and Gown
March 18, 2011 - FINAL DATE to order Cap and Gown
The graduation package which includes cap and gown, tassel, diploma jacket (given at graduation), and ten (10) announcements may be ordered from the PCC Bookstore. Order information will be mailed to prospective marching graduates from the Office of the Vice President, Student Development. The Bookstore DOES NOT provide order forms. If you have applied for graduation through your advisor (see “Applying for Commencement Participation”) and have not received ordering information by late February, contact Betty Foreman at (252) 493-7320 or bforeman@email.pittcc.edu.
YOUR NAME IS PLACED ON THE PARTICIPANT LIST FOR GRADUATION AFTER PAYMENT IS RECEIVED FOR YOUR ORDER IN THE BOOKSTORE. FULL PAYMENT IS REQUESTED WHEN PLACING A CAP AND GOWN ORDER. ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO PICKUP.
Order distribution dates, times, and location will be mailed to the graduate’s address listed on the order form. A picture ID is required to pick up the order.
