The Intramural Sports program includes basketball, flag football, volleyball, indoor soccer, softball and other competitive sports based upon the overall interest by the PCC students, faculty and staff. In addition to organized sports, PCC Intramural Sports also offers a variety of activities including: Strongest Bulldog and Fittest Bulldog competitions, Pick’Em Competitions for the NFL Season and NCAA March Madness Tournament, a variety of shooting competitions, and more. General information and registration materials can be obtained through the Intramural/Recreation Office located inside the Charles Coburn Center and on the Intramural Sports and Recreation Calendar of Events.
All participants of any Intramural Sports and Recreation event must be a current PCC staff/faculty or student.
If you are a BSL or ESL student you will need to pay your activity fee before participating in an Intramural Sports and Recreation event. You can obtain the necessary forms from your instructors.
All participants must bring their PCC ID to all events.
If your team acquires two forfeits during regular season play, your team will be suspended for the remainder of the season.
Team captains can reschedule or cancel games by the Intramural Sports & Recreation office 24 hours prior to the scheduled event with penalization.
All students are expected to adhere to the Pitt Community College Student Code of Conduct when participating in any Intramural Sports & Recreation event.
During games all teams will be rated on their sportsmanship conduct on a scale for 1-5, 5 being excellent and 1 being poor. If your team scores a 3 or lower the team captain will meet with Nikki Coutouzis and/or a Student Development Services representative to discuss the matter.
