Autoforwarding Campus Cruiser Email
NOTE: Auto-forwarding email from CampusCruiser to another account is an option for faculty and staff only.
- Log in to CampusCruiser and go to the email section.
(NOTE: If you need help getting to this point, click the "Need More Info..." link in the login box on the PCC CampusCruiser start page). - Click the "Tools" tab from the left side panel of the E-mail feature. (It will probably already be selected)

- Click the "Filters" option from the "Tools" tab.
The E-mail Filters page is displayed with the Incoming Mail Filters tab active. - Click on the "Forwarding Filter" onscreen tab.

- Enter the email address (only one allowed) that will receive forwarded messages in the "Forward Email to" text box.

If any forwarding filter has been applied, then the E-mail address to which your messages are forwarded will be displayed in the "Forward Email to" text box.
If no forwarding filter has been applied, then all fields in this tab will be blank. - If you wish to keep a copy of each forwarded message available in the INBOX of your Email Personal Tool, then place a check in the "Keep copy in INBOX" checkbox.
(NOTE: If you do not want a copy here for backup, or do not currently come to Cruiser for any other reason, then you can just bounce your Cruiser email to another email account without saving a copy in Cruiser.)
Please realize that only E-mail messages that pass any and all other filters (virus, incoming, and Bulk) AND get delivered only to your INBOX will be eligible for the Forward Filter to take effect.
Select "Forwarding Enabled" as shown above. - Click "Save".
A confirmation message will be displayed onscreen, alerting you that the forwarding address has been saved.
