PCC Alumni Association Seeking Nominees
Special Awards Ceremony to Take Place on Campus April 5

WINTERVILLE—The Pitt Community College Alumni Association is seeking nominees for several awards the organization will present to outstanding graduates this spring, during a special event on campus.
According to PCC Alumni Relations Director Ashley Smith, the association will hold a banquet April 5 to honor outstanding alums from each of the college’s six academic divisions: Arts and Sciences, Continuing Education and Community Services, Business, Health Sciences, Public Services and Fine Arts, and Construction and Industrial Technology.
Smith added that the alumni group is also seeking nominees for several other awards, including the prestigious Distinguished Alumni Award and awards that will be presented to an Outstanding Young Alum and a current PCC employee who attended Pitt.
Nominations will be accepted through March 7, she said, adding that eligibility requirements for each award and nomination forms are available on the PCC website.
Completed nomination forms may be submitted to the PCC Alumni Office, which is located in Room 1 of the Vernon E. White Building on the college’s main campus. They can also be returned via mail (PCC Alumni Association, P.O. Drawer 7007, Greenville, N.C. 27835) and e-mail to email@example.com.
