SBC Event Will Focus on Hiring Employees

GREENVILLE—The Pitt Community College Small Business Center will host a free event this month for business professionals seeking expert hiring tips.

“Retail Roundtable: Hiring the Best” will feature guest speakers Justin Davis and Angie Corson from Nease Personnel in Greenville. It will take place in room 301 of the PCC Greenville Center Aug. 16, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Attendees are asked to bring their dinner with them and join their fellow retailers to learn about the best places to look for and find employees for their places of business, what to look for in potential employees, questions to ask candidates for employment, what to do to keep their best employees and much more.

Davis is a business development coordinator who connects employers with Nease Personnel’s resources and expertise in order to meet their staffing and recruiting needs. He is an East Carolina University graduate with more than four years of experience working with public and private organizations of all sizes.
